I Don't Have a Password, What Do I Do?
If you are a new member and do not have your password, you can create/reset your password.

How Do I Log-in?
If you are a member of the Probus Club of North York, you can log in to the website by clicking on the blue Login button at the top right of the Home Page.
When the log-in page shows, enter your email address and password.
If you do not log in, you will not be allowed to access the website beyond the Homepage and About Us/Club Overview.
What if I don't Remember My Password?
If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password". You will receive a password reset email. Click on the "Password Reset" link provided on the email and follow through instructions to reset your password.
When you are accepted as a new member, you will receive an email with a temporary password. You can go to "www.probusnorthyork.ca" and enter your temporary password and change your password to a "strong" password you can remember easily. But if you have misplaced the email with a temporary password, you can click on "Forgot Password" to create a new password.
How Do I Create a "Strong" Password?
Your password is the gateway to your data. Make your password stronger. This is a quick step that can make a big difference to your security and all your other fellow members' information.
To further safeguard, we recommend that you change your password every 1-2 months and that you never share your password with anyone else.
The password you create must be:
Your password is case sensitive. A strong password is a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols (@, #, $, %, etc.), and the longer it is the stronger it is.
How Do I Change My Password?
To change your password, you must already be logged in. You will see a person icon at the top right corner of any webpage.
Click the log-in icon ONCE. Your name will be presented in a small box. Click the Change password link to change your password.
What Happens after I Log in?
Normally, you will be presented with Home page. But if you have an open invoice, you will be directed to the Invoices and payments tab in your Member Profile.
If your membership renewal date has passed, you will be directed to the Profile page where you can renew your membership.
